  • Step 1. Open here and write down your new account and routing numbers
  • Step 2. List everything that drafts from the old account, using two months of statements
  • Step 3. Move direct deposit first, then each automatic payment
  • Step 4. Wait one full pay cycle, confirm nothing else hit, then close the old account

Get the switch kit

Keep the old account open until every automatic payment has cleared from the new one at least once.

Security

If your card is lost or stolen.

Three things to do today, in the order that limits the damage.

Freeze the card, then call

Freeze it in Card Suite Lite in a few seconds, then call the card line at 1-855-961-1602, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also need to call the credit union at (801) 328-1521 during business hours so we can order the replacement. Do not wait until morning, because your liability depends on how fast you tell us.

File the report

Identity theft gets reported at IdentityTheft.gov, which generates the recovery plan and affidavit that creditors ask for. File a police report too if money left your account.

Freeze your credit

A freeze at all three bureaus is free and stops new accounts being opened in your name. You can lift it in minutes when you need to apply for something.

About these documents

Forms and disclosures are provided for your convenience. The version of a disclosure or agreement in effect at the time of your transaction governs your account, along with any change-in-terms notice we have sent you. The fee schedule posted here is effective 7/1/2024. If you need a prior version, call us and we will provide it. Completing a form does not by itself open an account, authorize a transaction, or approve a loan; all requests are subject to verification, and loan requests are subject to credit approval and membership eligibility.

Calculators produce estimates based on the information you enter and general assumptions. They are not an application, a quote, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of rates, terms, or earnings. Your actual rate, payment, and earnings will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.
